1. General Terms

Buzzingers.com sells digital custom prints as well as a wide range of merchandise featuring the same prints (including men’s apparel, women’s apparel, accessories, stickers, luggage, and more).

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Purchase & Downloads

• Digital Prints: All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for your purchased artwork. It is your responsibility to download and store your purchased files safely.

• Merchandise Orders: Merchandise purchased directly from Buzzingers is made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds or replacements will only be offered in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Usage License & Restrictions (for Digital Prints Only)

Purchasing a digital print grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.

Allowed Use:

• You may print the artwork for personal use.

• You may upload the file to a third-party print website to create custom merchandise for yourself.

• You may personalize the artwork (add text/overlays) using Buzzingers’ free design tool or a third-party custom-printing service before printing.

Prohibited Use:

• You cannot resell, redistribute, or modify the digital file for commercial purposes.

• Uploading files to other platforms for sale is strictly forbidden.

Buzzingers.com retains full copyright and ownership of all designs.

4. Merchandise Sales

• Buzzingers.com offers a variety of merchandise directly through our website in the same prints as our digital artwork.

• Product descriptions, sizes, and previews are provided, but colors may vary slightly due to screen and print differences.

• Shipping costs, timelines, and policies will be displayed during checkout.

5. Third-Party Printing Services

If you choose to use a third-party printing service with your purchased digital files:

• Buzzingers.com is not responsible for the quality, service, or delivery of those providers.

• Any issues must be resolved directly with the third-party service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork and designs on Buzzingers.com are copyrighted and remain the property of Buzzingers.com.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accurate product descriptions and high-quality designs. However:

• For digital prints, we do not guarantee they will meet your expectations when printed by third-party services.

• For merchandise, Buzzingers is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping providers.
