Returns & Refunds Policy

At Buzzingers, we want you to enjoy your purchase — whether it’s a digital print or merchandise. Because our products fall into two categories (digital downloads and physical merchandise), our refund and return policies differ.

1. Digital Prints

  • Non-Refundable: All digital print purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

  • File Issues: If your file is corrupted or you face download problems, please contact us at support@buzzingers.com, and we’ll resend your file.

2. Merchandise Orders

All merchandise items are made-to-order to ensure uniqueness and sustainability.

a. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • You received the wrong product, size, or print compared to your order.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the defective/incorrect product for verification.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer.

  • Minor color/print variations due to different screen settings vs. physical printing.

  • Change of mind after ordering.

  • Delays caused by shipping providers beyond our control.

c. Return Shipping

  • If an item is defective/incorrect, Buzzingers will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • For non-eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping (if accepted).

3. Order Cancellations

  • Digital Prints: Cannot be canceled once purchased.

  • Merchandise Orders: Since all merchandise is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of replacements, a new item will be produced and shipped to you without additional cost.
