Returns & Refunds Policy

At Buzzingers, we want you to enjoy your purchase — whether it’s a digital print or merchandise. Because our products fall into two categories (digital downloads and physical merchandise), our refund and return policies differ.

1. Digital Prints

Non-Refundable: All digital print purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
File Issues: If your file is corrupted or you face download problems, please contact us at support@buzzingers.com, and we’ll resend your file.

2. Merchandise Orders

All merchandise items are made-to-order to ensure uniqueness and sustainability.

a. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

You received a defective or damaged item.
You received the wrong product, size, or print compared to your order.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the defective/incorrect product for verification.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

Wrong size chosen by the customer.
Minor color/print variations due to different screen settings vs. physical printing.
Change of mind after ordering.
Delays caused by shipping providers beyond our control.

c. Return Shipping

If an item is defective/incorrect, Buzzingers will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no extra cost.
For non-eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping (if accepted).

3. Order Cancellations

Digital Prints: Cannot be canceled once purchased.
Merchandise Orders: Since all merchandise is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of replacements, a new item will be produced and shipped to you without additional cost.
