Terms and Conditions:

1. Usage Rights
By submitting your idea (including text, sketches, or images), you grant Buzzingers the right to use, adapt, modify, and make your idea available for sale on Buzzingers.com and all its affiliated domains or platforms. The idea may also be featured in promotions, advertisements, or other marketing materials related to Buzzingers.

2. No Monetary Compensation
Submitting an idea does not entitle you to any payment, profit share, or commission, even if your idea is selected and sold on our platform.
This is because interpreting a written or conceptual idea into a final graphic design requires significant creative effort, time, and professional input from our team. Additionally, production, marketing, and operational costs are incurred to bring each design to life and make it available as a print or merchandise item.
While we deeply value your creativity and contribution, monetary or profit sharing is not possible for submitted ideas.

3. Free Digital File
As a token of appreciation, if your idea is selected and turned into a design, you’ll receive a free digital download of the final print version created by our design team. There are no charges for sharing your idea or receiving this file.

4. Ownership & Rights
Once submitted, your idea becomes part of the Buzzingers creative collection. Buzzingers retains full rights to edit, adapt, reproduce, and commercialize the final design derived from your submission. You waive any claim to ownership, authorship, or royalties related to the resulting artwork.

5. Originality Confirmation
By submitting, you confirm that your idea is original and does not infringe upon any existing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. You accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from misrepresentation or copyright violations.

6. No Guarantee of Use
Buzzingers reviews all ideas with care but cannot guarantee that every submission will be used, published, or converted into a product. The decision to produce or feature an idea rests solely with the Buzzingers creative team.

7. Public Display & Acknowledgment
Buzzingers may choose to display selected ideas, along with the contributor’s first name or initials, on the website, blog, or social media channels as part of community highlights or promotional campaigns.

8. Agreement Confirmation
By clicking “Submit”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you voluntarily grant Buzzingers permission to use your idea as described above.
