Buzzingers merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect:

1. Digital Prints

• Instant Delivery: Digital print files are delivered instantly via email once your payment is confirmed—no physical shipping required.
  

2. Merchandise Fulfillment & Shipping

a. Fulfillment (Production) Time

• Printful typically fulfills orders—i.e., produces the item—within 2–5 business days. More than 97% of orders ship within this timeframe, and over half ship within 3 business days or fewer.
  

b. Shipping Time

Shipping duration varies by destination and the chosen shipping method:

• Domestic (within your country): Typically 1–8 business days after fulfillment.

• International: Usually takes 1–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and customs processes.

You can choose the shipping speed that best fits your needs at checkout.

c. Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time is calculated by adding the fulfillment time (2–5 business days) to the shipping time (as above).

d. Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order ships, Printful sends a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

• Delivery times are estimates—not guarantees. Delays may happen due to product availability, file issues, carrier delays, or customs. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, wait a few extra days and then contact us for assistance.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of fulfillment or tracking indicates it’s lost or damaged, contact our support team at support@buzzingers.com. We'll coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund if eligible.
